The Design Process:

Hiring XS Interiors is like hiring a designer, project manager, personal shopper and furniture company all in one.

Our service always starts with a complimentary one-hour consultation at our award winning Bearsden studio to discuss your style and budget parameters for your project. Once you decide to work with us, our Design Fee is £395 per room/zone.

Professional Works And Process – What Your Design Fee Includes:

• Site visit for survey purposes to ensure all recommendations are sure bets (additional charge applies for areas outside Scottish Central Belt).
• Interior Design of rooms/zones with design and layout, including discussion on wall and floor coverings.
• Interior furnishings selections and recommendations, colour works and scale.
• Window treatment survey if needed and fabric selections and recommendations for blinds and curtains
• Soft furnishings if needed: dress bedding, cushions, wallboards and other bespoke items, design and recommendations.
• Accents, accessories, lighting, art and layering recommendations.
• Studio meeting for items discussions and Studio ‘Vignette Presentation’ to see items up close.
• Budget guidelines/ itemised pricing of all.
• Procurement of all items.
• Liaison with various trades re manufacture and design of any bespoke items.
• Furnishings handling of all deliveries and transits of purchased items into our storage.
• Collation of ordered items pending delivery to you.

After the design fee the only additional cost outwith your furnishings is for delivery and installation.

Post Interior Design Works:

Delivery(s) and full installation of everything, which includes: our team packing everything for onward delivery, transits of bespoke items re: external trades, delivery of all items to your property, our team assembling furnishings, set -up of all furniture in -situ, installation of window treatments if required, all art, mirror and wall hangings etc., product cleaning, and full styling ‘to reveal’.

Optional Extras

If you would like digital renderings of rooms/zones (a computer generated image showing what the room/zones will ultimately look like) we will create these for you at the fee of £180 per room/zone.
